RED SKINS

This is the extent of how our fake-moral world came down to.

You normally give a name to an organization to carry and wave its flag with pride.

Nobody calls himself with a name to bring insult unto himself unless he is totally insane.

You give a name to yourself for distinction and pride.

Suggesting a name change is the most absurd thing since nobody carries a name for the purpose of implying a racist insult onto themselves as fans carry its flag with distinction and pride.

Indeed, when I hear red-skins, it arises a warrior sense in me, not a slur or racist connotation - this is how most people and most of its fans feel like too.

Bulldozing everything based on a knee jerk moral superiority reaction is unfortunately becoming a norm.

You are not allowed to argue in this smug society.

If you resist adjusting your tune, your voice is condemned even before you are given a chance to be heard.

The moral superiority argument is self destructive since if there were any superiority, it is certainly referential to whoever is claiming it. It can not be universal as the concept itself does not exist, in fact, it is only used to fit into only one's point of view. Most monarchs and dictators used their own definition of moral superiority merely to benefit from it. Let's see if the name 'black panthers' is a racist and a derogatory term. The same people accusing a football team that have been known as red skins for many years to be racist would probably not want to categorize 'black panthers' name as racist. Why the double standards ?  Shouldn't morality be universal and uniform ?

No. According to these change proponents, Bernie should be pushed aside because he was for comprehensive change, not the kinda change they protested for. They do not want  to go beyond layers and causes of why many blacks are incarcerated disproportionately in this infinitely consumist capitalist America. As Darwin once said:

"Great is our sin, since poverty and the misery of men is caused by our institutions not by nature."

Are there racist cops ? Yes.
Is that the main reason why blacks are jailed in huge numbers ?
The sad answer is No.

Is there innate racism in some individuals that also exists in the government and in policy makers ? Definitely yes.
Is Red-Skin name of a football club racist ?
Absolutely Not.

And you do not need a prophecy to foresee what is on the horizon if next is suggesting Samsung to change its latest TV model name from 'OLED deep black' to anything but red and black in it ?

This is the absurdity of the proposition. And many are advocating for it since most people are sheep and herd mentality is still prevalent even in the most 'civilized' nations.
